Peggy
Williams is a commercial litigator. She joined the firm Of Counsel
in October 2008 after nineteen years of complex commercial litigation
at Heller Ehrman LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial
litigation in the areas of antitrust, energy, contract disputes,
utility regulation, computer software and hardware, environmental
litigation, insurance coverage, and intellectual property. She
has advised merging companies on compliance with Federal Trade
Commission and U. S. Department of Justice pre-merger review requirements.
Peggy contributes in-depth analysis and expert brief writing to
a wide range of the firms cases. Not always tied to her
desk, she has spent several months traveling and trekking in Nepal,
Bhutan and China.
