Michelle
practices commercial litigation and maritime and insurance law.
She has expertise in complex contract and accounting matters,
and in transportation, maritime and aviation cargo, personal injury,
and professional errors and omissions cases.
She has
taught at insurance education programs, is a member of the Maritime
Law Association, Marine Insurance Association of Seattle, and
the Maritime Section of the King County Bar Association, and has
served as president of the Northwest Chapter of the Women's Fisheries
Network, and as a national board member for that organization.
