Jason
joined Danielson Harrigan Leyh & Tollefson in 2008. Previously,
Jason served as a law clerk to Judge William Shubb in the Eastern
District of California and worked as a securities litigator at
Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Jason recently argued before
the Washington Supreme Court in a civil rights matter. He is admitted
in California and Washington.
Jason
received his undergraduate degree at Rice University and his law
degree at Northwestern University School of Law. Before beginning
his legal career, Jason was a high school English teacher for
four years, two years in the Mississippi Delta and two years in
La Ceiba, Honduras.
Jason concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation,
including securities litigation.
